Chief of Staff (AI)

What you will do

• Manage workflow across the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment teams, improving efficiency and understanding team capabilities.
• Assess team members’ strengths and staff them thoughtfully on projects based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills.
• Track performance by engaging with team leads and close collaborators.
• Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the Talent team, including role prioritization, location planning, and interview distribution.
• Own onboarding, prepare new hires to contribute from Day 1, and ensure they have the resources to ramp up quickly.
• Prepare effective team meetings, track Enterprise Deployment OKRs, plan global team co-locations, and coordinate alignment with other departments.

• Ability to manage workflow and improve operational efficiency in a fast-growing team.
• Ability to understand team members’ skills and capacity and apply that knowledge to staffing decisions.
• Ability to track performance and work with leads and collaborators to build a complete view of performance.
• Ability to coordinate recruitment, hiring, onboarding, meetings, OKRs, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ability to support collaboration across a globally distributed team.
