Commercial Excellence Assistant (Beauty)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and analyse commercial trends across product, place, price, and promotion for hirify.global’s UK brands.
• Analyse retail customer activity and brand performance.
• Prepare presentations, insights, and tracking to support competitor and market understanding.
• Identify commercial opportunities and analyse data on the market and retailer landscape.
• Track retailer pricing and promotional activities and analyse their impact on retail sales performance using Nielsen/Circana Database.
• Analyse shopper behaviour and trends across channels, with a focus on e-commerce and digital.

Requirements

• Passion for the beauty industry and active interest in the latest trends.
• Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data sets, pivot tables, formulas, combining tables, and charts.
• Strong knowledge of Word and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills.
• At least 6 months of prior experience working with stakeholders in a similar role.
• Experience working effectively in a team.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, with initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, proactive, and idea-sharing skills.
• Ability to work closely with the market, understand market trends, and meet deadlines.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
