What you will do

• Drive the growth and adoption of hirify.global's Front Office solutions across institutional asset managers, asset owners, insurance firms, and hedge funds throughout EMEA.
• Develop expertise across the Front Office product suite and help clients solve complex investment challenges through consultative, enterprise-focused sales.
• Manage complex, high-impact sales opportunities, identify new opportunities, generate pipeline, overcome objections, and close deals.
• Tailor messaging and conduct meaningful business conversations with Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Quantitative Analysts, Investment Strategists, and Traders.
• Collaborate with Generalist Sales, Client Services, Trading Solutions, Middle Office Sales, Product, Marketing, Consulting, and broader Buy-Side teams.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to Product teams to help shape product direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in financial technology, market data, investment research, or financial services.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and successfully closing opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, stakeholder management, collaboration, persistence, resilience, ownership, and client-centric skills.
• Ability to tailor messaging to Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers, Quantitative Analysts, Investment Strategists, and Traders.
• Good understanding of Front Office workflows and investment processes.
• Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn, develop subject matter expertise, and contribute to a strategic growth area.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment focused on innovation, growth, and client success.

• Familiarity with hirify.global's Research, Content, and Analytics solutions.
• Previous experience working directly with Front Office investment professionals.
