Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Berlin or London office; work from the office three days per week or more.

hirify.global builds an Agentic Decisioning Platform for financial institutions, enabling customers to automate critical decisions with AI across customer onboarding, credit underwriting, anti-money laundering, claims, fraud prevention, and financing.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, roadmap, and long-term success of the hirify.global Platform for enterprise customers.
• Prioritize platform capabilities including permissions for users and AI agents, MCP extensibility, environments, release processes, enterprise connectivity, and developer productivity.
• Build understanding of enterprise security, IT, compliance, procurement requirements, competitive dynamics, and differentiation opportunities.
• Translate customer insights into product requirements and partner with customer-facing teams and Product Marketing to bring platform capabilities to market.
• Balance innovation with high standards for reliability and security while working closely with platform, infrastructure, and security engineering.
• Track adoption and performance through metrics and customer feedback, identifying opportunities for iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including experience owning platform topics for B2B SaaS or AI products.
• Experience with platform areas such as identity and access management, permissions, environments, deployment models, connectivity, or developer platforms.
• Strong technical depth and willingness to deepen it; comfort discussing cloud infrastructure, authentication and authorization, including OAuth, SSO, and SCIM, as well as networking.
• Experience working with enterprise security, IT, and compliance stakeholders through security reviews, RFPs, or complex customer deployments.
• Experience with AI agents and MCP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence cross-functional decisions, and explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of delivering lasting customer impact through well-considered product improvements.
• Ability and willingness to use data to inform product decisions.
• Hands-on, curious, self-challenging, and willing to grow the scope of responsibilities over time.
