Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Florence, Italy; Lisbon, Portugal; Barcelona, Spain; Leiden, Netherlands; Berlin, Germany. Proof of eligibility to work in the country of application is required; relocation packages and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Own the product end-to-end for one Hub squad, defining scope, product direction, decisions, and delivery.
• Prioritize and sequence the backlog while balancing impact, feasibility, and dependencies.
• Write user stories, success metrics, product briefs, and written specifications.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, product peers, and commercial stakeholders to shape and deliver solutions.
• Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and represent the squad in demos, readouts, and planning reviews.
• Track product outcomes, capabilities, gaps, and execution risks, refining direction based on evidence, usage, and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping products end-to-end, ideally in SaaS, platform, marketplace, or multi-product environments.
• Strong product judgment, with the ability to manage both big-picture scope and execution detail.
• Ability to make product decisions independently without constant escalation.
• Proven experience owning and improving measurable product KPIs.
• Excellent written communication, including translating ambiguity into clear priorities, specifications, and decisions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and commercial stakeholders.
• Daily use of AI-augmented product workflows and comfort with advanced AI tooling.
• Reliable, autonomous, detail-oriented, highly organised, and an excellent communicator and collaborator.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Experience in zero-to-one or early-stage product environments.
• Experience working in a small, fast-moving, cross-functional squad.
• Background in product-led growth, onboarding, activation, or multi-product adoption journeys.
• Experience in platform, ecosystem, or cross-product environments.
• Comfort working in an AI-first environment where experimentation and speed matter.
