Senior Product Manager - Business Banking (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Berlin, or Milan.

What you will do

• Own a significant part of the Business Banking product and build the proposition from scratch.
• Lead a cross-functional team across design, product, and data analytics, without direct reports.
• Own the team's day-to-day performance and ensure products ship on time.
• Build customer-facing products and APIs across the hirify.global web application and native mobile apps.
• Layer a full banking proposition onto hirify.global's existing payments infrastructure for active business customers.

Requirements

• Experience leading a cross-functional product team in an everyday, hands-on capacity.
• Comfort with the full product lifecycle, including early-stage building and scaling.
• Ability to operate in a high-ambition, high-resource environment alongside experienced product leaders from across the industry.
