Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with 2 office days per week. Remote work from abroad is supported under company policy.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vision for a strategic use case such as regulatory due diligence, human rights due diligence, decarbonization, or resilience.
• Analyze customer and competitor solutions, technical requirements, market gaps, and the path from parity to leadership.
• Engage buyers, program owners, co-development accounts, customers, and prospects to validate problems and solutions.
• Use AI prototyping tools, LLM APIs, and lightweight services to test assumptions and demonstrate possible solutions.
• Work with engineering, product experts, tribes, and squads to drive the build across product and platform areas.
• Partner with strategic use case leads and commercial teams, define success measures, and lead persist, pivot, or stop decisions.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience, including ownership of a meaningful product area end-to-end in B2B enterprise SaaS and demonstrated business and customer outcomes.
• Technical fluency to prototype with AI tooling, LLM APIs, and Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent scripting language.
• An AI-native way of working, with AI integrated into discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and communication.
• Ability to operate in a regulated, data-rich, sustainability, or risk domain, or learn such a domain quickly.
• Strong problem framing and communication skills, with the ability to provide recommendations and reduce ambiguity for engineering and design.
• Customer-focused approach based on direct conversations with customers.
• Ability to make decisions quickly with incomplete information and distinguish reversible from irreversible decisions.
• Comfort managing product scope and dependencies owned by other squads.
• Fluent English as the primary working language.
