Interim Brand Specialist (E-Concessions) - MAT COVER

Location: UK London, United Kingdom; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home.

What you will do

• Support a portfolio of established and contemporary luxury fashion brands, identifying those with the highest growth potential.
• Analyse trade data and produce performance reporting, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights.
• Support brand performance and stock parity across commercial and operational KPIs, including out-of-stock metrics.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, reporting, and a service-focused approach.
• Work with Merchandising, Planning, and Analytics to ensure recommendations and decisions are supported by data insights.

Requirements

• Experience in a wholesale, buying, merchandising, or digital trading position within luxury fashion.
• Excellent planning and analytical skills, including the ability to structure analysis using Excel and comparable data-analysis platforms.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong prioritisation, story-lining, and data-insight skills.
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and present confidently with clear messages.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Italian or French.
