Decision Analytics Associate Intern (Data Analytics)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with work-from-home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work may require travel as needed. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand dynamic business issues.
• Use data and analytical techniques to guide client and project-team decision-making.
• Use R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel to investigate client needs and generate insights.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results to clients and hirify.global teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and take responsibility for project deliverables.
• Travel as needed for client-facing projects.

Requirements

• Entering the second-to-last year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong academic record in quantitative and analytical coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics, or engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or analytical tool such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Strong motivation, work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with fluency in English.
• Empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset.
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
• Aptitude for and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Work authorization for the intended country of employment, either currently held or obtainable.
