Insights Analyst (Casino)

Location: Soho, London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days in the office Tuesday–Thursday.

What you will do

• Analyse customer, transactional, and game-level data to identify behavioural patterns, customer cohorts, trends, and business opportunities.
• Monitor Casino product KPIs, investigate performance changes, diagnose their drivers, and communicate the reasons to stakeholders.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations, dashboards, and presentations for business decision-making.
• Partner with Insights, Marketing, and Casino stakeholders to understand commercial needs, respond to analytical requests, and challenge assumptions constructively.
• Manage workload and maintain continuous communication with the manager and team across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities, ideally supported by a degree in a quantitative field.
• Proven experience in an insights, data, or other analytically focused role.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing, optimising, and executing queries against large and complex datasets.
• Self-motivated problem-solving ability and initiative to identify business problems independently.
• Strong understanding of business KPIs, customer behaviour, and marketing mechanics, including CRM, acquisition, and promotional campaign evaluation.
• Ability to translate complex information into coherent, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to confidently present and tailor presentations for different levels across the business.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
