Product Change Analyst (12 Month Contract)

What you will do

• Manage packaging components, bills of materials, change orders, barcode allocation, and packaging change workflows.
• Maintain and govern product and item master data in Informatica iMDM and supporting ERP and quality management systems.
• Support new product launches, product updates, discontinuations, acquisitions, system implementations, and data conversion activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders on packaging proofs, approvals, production readiness, and issue resolution.
• Investigate data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, prepare reports, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Support testing, validation, quality assurance, data audits, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to identify root causes, prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate and document standards and standard processes, adapt to new ideas and procedures, and work with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros, formulas, and text/character functions.
• Previous experience with at least one ERP system, such as Baan or SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Previous experience with planning systems and master data management systems.
