Recruiting Operations Director

After 5 years at Datadog and 2 years in New York, i'll be moving on at the end of the year to take a career break for the first time in my career. Datadog has been a career highlight for me and I'll always be incredibly grateful to Ambra Benjamin and Marissa Parillo for giving me the chance to build the awesome recruiting solutions team with Lisa O’Brien, Concetta D'Alí, Chrissy Ferro, Melissa (Rosman) O'Connor, Tara Motazed and Brandon J.. We did some really exciting work and now someone else gets the opportunity to take it to the next level.

Next year will be an incredibly exciting time to join Datadog's people tech team. The awesome Pasquale Nocera, MBA will be stepping in to lead the people tech team through an exciting transformation. As part of this, we're investing in new roles across the team team.

We're searching for a recruiting operations director to lead the Rec-Ops team. You should be someone who is excited by innovation (AI, low code workflows, data etc) while thinking about the complexities of operating at scale (enablement, change and comms, adoption and all things legal and compliance). You'll be leading an awesome team Chrissy Ferro, Katie Ryan, Chloe Morisson, Clément Levesque, Noelia Castellano, Elena (Russo) Silverberg , Ellen Thai, Key Session, Chloe Z., Karolina Pietrusza and Luis Rivera working alongside great peers like Christina Chew, SPHR, Victor Serna, Jacob Staggenborg, Emily Y. and Alexandra Rallis in Olivier Giovanni's COE function.

We're also adding a recruiting ops PM and an enablement person as well as a learning tech specialist to work on all thing learning tech and automation focussed with Avery Grammel and Victor Serna.
