Sr. Recruiter (Data/AI)

What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for Field Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams across EMEA.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines covering active and passive candidates.
• Partner with Field Engineering leaders through intake and calibration sessions, role design, and seniority assessment.
• Develop candidate-closing approaches and manage partner expectations using market data.
• Use recruiting metrics for workforce planning, forecasting, and targeted hiring strategies.
• Review interview experience data and improve the process while supporting diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Significant recruiting experience, ideally in-house, focused on SaaS software and preferably the Data and AI space.
• Experience recruiting Go-To-Market professionals, specifically pre-sales and post-sales engineers from entry level through Director, within the software industry.
• Experience building strategic partnerships across the business and influencing senior stakeholders with data.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA markets and navigating local market nuances.
• Experience scaling a high-growth software, Data, or AI company.
• Experience mentoring others and acting as an expert on recruiting-related activities.
