Full Stack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Maryland, United States. Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph; clearance sponsorship or processing is not available.

Salary: $256k–$280k per year, plus $64k–$70k in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Gather requirements and improve existing corporate tools.
• Understand customer missions, collaborate with team members, gather user requirements, and automate workflows.
• Design and create reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows.
• Integrate with and contribute to diverse teams, systems, and technology stacks.
• Develop data visualizations, task automation, and workflow enhancements while addressing analyst and developer needs.
• Independently drive projects and proposals and own the full development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph is required before applying.
• At least 12 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10 years with a master’s degree; 4 additional years of software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in some combination of UI/UX, middleware/API, back-end development, DevOps, or data science.
• Experience leveraging AI agents for software development and research, including Claude Code, Codex, or Pi.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience writing Python scripts and services.
• Experience developing with UI frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or SQLite, GitLab CI/CD, and Docker.

Nice to have

• Prior CNO experience.
• Knowledge of network protocols.
• Experience analyzing cybersecurity-related datasets, including network traffic and OS events.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Rust experience.
• Experience developing software with Java.
