Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: hirify.global - Seattle HQ, United States; hybrid

Base pay: $145,000–$180,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global develops AI-powered collaboration software for meetings, messages, and email, integrating with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Slack.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and desktop applications across frontend and backend systems.
• Build and optimize user interfaces with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Node.js, Java, Python, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, systems design sessions, Agile development, and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance while owning projects independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with proven full-stack development skills.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend technologies such as Material UI.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and knowledge of low-level programming concepts.
• Experience with Node.js, Java, Python, AWS, microservices, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven products or interest in AI/ML applications.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with Rust and Tauri for desktop application development.
