Talent Acquisition Specialist, Early Talent & University Recruiting (2026 New College Grad)

Location: Onsite in Austin, Texas, United States; up to 30% travel required.

Expected salary: $50,400–$88,200 per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty, administrators, students, and student organizations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between educational institutions and the business, driving results through college partnerships.
• Plan and support annual onsite internship programming, early talent recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify talented and diverse internship and entry-level candidates.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle and maintain accurate activity records in applicant tracking systems.
• Monitor the local marketplace and share market intelligence with internal client groups while collaborating across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited degree program.
• At least 1 year of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Program Management, Marketing, or a relevant area.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or the ability to quickly adapt to different platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• English fluency in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.
• Availability to travel up to 30%.
