What you will do

• Support the progression of a varied caseload within the Multi-Track Accidents team.
• Conduct legal research and assist with complex personal injury matters.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, witness statements, schedules of loss, and pleadings.
• Liaise with clients and third parties to progress cases efficiently.
• Manage competing priorities while providing exceptional client care.

Requirements

• At least two years’ experience working as a personal injury paralegal.
• A Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience managing an own caseload and/or supporting complex litigation matters.
• Experience drafting witness statements, schedules of loss, and pleadings.
• Previous experience using a case management system.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and a genuine commitment to exceptional client care.
