Digital Technology Enterprise Delivery Lead – North America (AI)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid with 3 days per week onsite required.

Salary: 127,000.00–177,000.00 CAD, including target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and orchestrate end-to-end Digital Technology delivery across assigned North American markets in Canada.
• Coordinate Product, Service, Infrastructure, Workplace, Security, and Digital Business teams to deliver integrated technology outcomes.
• Manage portfolio demand, delivery commitments, dependencies, resource needs, risks, governance artifacts, and investment prioritization.
• Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders, provide executive-level portfolio and risk reporting, and align technology delivery with business priorities.
• Monitor technology service performance and employee experience, using user feedback and DEX/XLA metrics to drive improvements and adoption.
• Lead technology delivery for M&A integrations, site expansions, business transformations, large-scale deployments, business continuity, major incidents, and vendor governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology delivery, technology operations, Digital Workplace, product or service delivery, transformation, program management, or related technology disciplines.
• Experience operating in a large, complex, highly matrixed, preferably global organization.
• Proven ability to orchestrate complex technology initiatives involving multiple products, services, teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders without direct authority and manage delivery across multiple locations, business units, or geographies.
• Working knowledge of Agile, product, program/project, and service management delivery models; ITIL or equivalent is beneficial.
• Experience partnering with external technology service providers and managed-service organizations.
• Professional proficiency in English and French is strongly preferred for supporting English- and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada.

• Experience with major business transformation, M&A, workplace transformation, or large-scale technology deployment.
• Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience, Experience-Level Agreements, and modern service performance frameworks.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, life sciences, or an equivalent GxP-aware environment.
