Manager, Strategy and Transformation (AI)

Location: Greater Toronto Area preferred; hybrid work from the Toronto office. Remote arrangements may be considered for candidates outside the GTA.

Annual base salary: $125,000–$145,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus and/or commission and other benefits.

What you will do

• Support the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team with high-priority strategic initiatives across functions, regions, and business units.
• Lead data-driven analyses, business cases, scenario models, and research to inform strategic priorities, investments, and resource allocation.
• Help drive AI transformation by coordinating measurable initiatives across Product, R&D, go-to-market, and corporate functions.
• Prepare executive- and board-ready recommendations, performance narratives, initiative updates, and KPI dashboards.
• Establish governance, milestones, metrics, accountability, and decision points for complex cross-functional programs.
• Monitor execution, surface risks and interdependencies, and partner with leaders across Finance, Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and People.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a rigorous analytical environment such as management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a comparable strategic role.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience with complex datasets, models, research, and software metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex cross-functional programs and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge conventional thinking, and translate complex issues into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating polished executive- and board-ready materials.
• An AI-forward approach, with experience using AI tools for research, analysis, synthesis, and content development, while validating outputs and identifying process improvements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Resourcefulness, organization, adaptability, professional maturity, and discretion when managing multiple priorities and confidential matters in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and Tableau.
