Program Manager - Oracle Cloud Transformation

Location: Remote within Canada; must be available to work Atlantic hours. Travel required up to 80% or 4 days per week, with home on weekends based on project requirements. Must be able to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Salary: CAD 116,000–185,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead project teams delivering Oracle Applications solutions according to project charters or contracts.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, structures, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Manage hirify.global, client, and third-party vendor resources.
• Lead collaboration and effective solution delivery across the project team.
• Oversee contractual deliverables and ensure compliance with project charters or contracts.
• Apply project management methodologies to deliver projects within scope, cost, and schedule constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and delivering results within scope, cost, and schedule constraints.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Applications, including implementation and delivery of Oracle solutions.
• Deep familiarity with project management methodologies and their application in complex project environments.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams comprising hirify.global, client, and third-party vendor resources.
• Experience managing contractual deliverables and ensuring compliance with project charters or contracts.
• Availability to work Atlantic hours.
• Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Applications implementation and delivery, including expertise in Oracle solutions.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in complex environments using project management methodologies.
• Experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams involving hirify.global, client, and third-party vendor resources.
