Transformation & Adoption Lead

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model. Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.

Salary: CAD 140,000–160,000 per year, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead the rollout and enterprise adoption of Solution Delivery Centre of Excellence frameworks, standards, operating models, and Enterprise Delivery Framework processes across business and technology teams.
• Develop implementation and adoption strategies, practical roadmaps, priorities, and success measures aligned with strategic objectives.
• Coordinate transformation initiatives across stakeholder groups while managing dependencies, risks, issues, adoption challenges, and operational readiness.
• Guide leaders and teams through coaching, facilitation, practical guidance, workshops, and hands-on enablement.
• Partner with Governance, Tooling, Analytics, Product, Technology, Operations, Corporate Functions, People & Culture, and delivery teams to drive integrated adoption and continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor adoption, maturity, and value-realization measures; provide executive reporting and use data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery leadership, PMO, Agile transformation, operational excellence, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide implementation and transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and sustainment.
• Experience driving organizational adoption, operational readiness, and behavioural change across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, including experience working with senior and executive leaders.
• Strong operational planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.
• Experience defining adoption or maturity measures and using insights to improve implementation outcomes and value realization.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience in product delivery, technology delivery, financial services, or enterprise transformation environments.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, Product Operating Models, or delivery governance frameworks.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, Lean, Prosci, or an equivalent certification.
