Commercial Operations Associate Director (Industrial Maintenance)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop strategic and operational plans, support annual operating plans and business reviews, and manage performance processes.
• Establish and report on KPIs, performance dashboards, business trends, and executive-level updates.
• Lead process improvement, organisational effectiveness, governance, standardisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, managing timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, communications, and measurable outcomes.
• Analyse complex business data, develop reporting tools, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support stakeholder alignment, organisational change, decision-making, issue resolution, accountability, and execution of strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organisational improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Advanced presentation, communication, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-based organisations.
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, chemicals, water treatment, or related sectors.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Project Management certification or formal continuous improvement training.
• Additional European or Asian language capabilities.
