Operations Analyst (Climate Technology)

Location: Hybrid in Brantford, Canada, following onboarding

Salary: CAD $55,000–75,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze operational processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather and validate business requirements, develop process maps and business cases, and perform operational impact assessments.
• Track KPIs covering service, quality, productivity, inventory, cost, and customer performance.
• Develop and execute change management, communication, engagement, and training plans.
• Support cross-functional transformation projects, workshops, implementation planning, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate milestones, risks, action plans, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Sales, and business leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, supply chain, continuous improvement, project management, or change management.
• Experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar platforms.
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship is required; sponsorship will not be provided.

Nice to have

• Change Management certification such as Prosci or ACMP.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum.
• Experience developing training, communications, and adoption programs.
