Service Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Hwasung, Korea, Republic of. Work in the FAB environment is required, typically once or twice a month, with travel to other sites based on business needs.

What you will do

• Coordinate materials and tools to ensure timely availability for upgrade projects.
• Support material delivery, return, and tracking throughout projects.
• Escalate and follow up on material-related operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain material documentation and tracking records.
• Manage customer site access and coordinate IT assets, including laptops for FAB use.
• Communicate with hirify.global teams to support project activities and resource sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• More than 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, material coordination, or related work.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills for managing multiple materials, tools, and project activities.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in maintaining material records and tracking information.
• Ability to promptly communicate, escalate, and follow up on operational issues.

Nice to have

• Experience using SAP.
• Ability to drive due to potential travel to other work sites.
