Buyer (Manufacturing)

Location: Bundang, South Korea; onsite role with travel required 20% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and services supporting direct business operations and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, regional, and global procurement teams to align supply chain requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and contract qualified vendors in accordance with procurement standards.
• Monitor inventory, delivery schedules, supplier performance, quality, supply continuity, and operational risks.
• Manage purchase pricing, contract terms, and assigned purchasing projects across cost, schedule, and scope.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional problem-solving, process improvement, and department-level purchasing training.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient communication skills in both English and Korean.
• Understanding of capacity planning, forecasting, SOW and service procurement, and supplier quality management.
