What you will do

• Create quotations and opportunities in the ERP system and provide them to customers under limited supervision.
• Create and maintain accurate sales orders in the ERP system.
• Escalate and follow up on customer requirements that are not being met.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and fax, while developing customer relationships.
• Generate reports and track orders, opportunities, bookings, and shipments.
• Develop basic knowledge of hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to own work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
• No supervisory responsibilities; provides informal guidance to new team members.
