Supply Chain Coordinator (Life Sciences)

Location: Hanam-si/Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea; on-site role

What you will do

• Manage shipments from global production sites and maintain daily order data in the local ERP system.
• Coordinate imports and oversee local product shipments.
• Organize and pack shipments according to procedures and requirements.
• Prepare and send Korean shipping documents to customers.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Care teams to resolve customer inquiries and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum N/O level, Nitec in a science-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including internet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing data in Excel, including pivot tables or statistical analysis of related costs.
