CRM & AI Marketing Intern (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; onsite at the Stockholm office, 10–16 hours per week with flexible days

hirify.global runs CRM for comparison and personal finance brands such as uScore and Elskling across Sweden, Finland, and Norway, using an AI-first approach to marketing.

What you will do

• Learn the CRM setup and methods, then help improve and scale them.
• Run and improve weekly email and SMS campaigns for Swedish brands.
• Test new campaign ideas on a share of live send volume and take ownership of concepts that outperform the main version.
• Own marketing work from initial idea through measurable result.

Requirements

• Master’s student, for example at Handelshögskolan, Stockholm University, or KTH.
• Native Swedish speaker.
• Strong English language skills.
• Some experience in marketing, branding, or sales.
• Positive attitude toward AI, strong computer skills, and current use of AI tools.
• Smart, hard-working, and comfortable taking ownership.
