TMEA Commercial Support Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end commercial support activities across the Middle East and Africa by connecting customers, commercial, supply, planning, export, technical and quality functions.
• Create, maintain and revise order sheets; obtain customer confirmations; coordinate order requests, revisions and cancellations; and follow up on outstanding information and actions.
• Collect mortality and temperature logger data from customers, coordinate quality reviews, and maintain accurate information in Order Sheet Statistics, SHaPS / Poultry Suite and other systems.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports, highlighting trends, exceptions and required actions for commercial, technical and management teams.
• Support annual business planning, five-year forecasting, CFT and sales meetings, information requests, credit note processes and business continuity activities.
• Identify process gaps, recommend practical solutions, and lead or support projects improving efficiency, accuracy and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, economics, supply chain or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in commercial support, sales operations, order management, customer service, planning or a similar coordination role.
• Experience working across functions and with customers in an international or regional business environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer focus and a practical, service-oriented approach, with excellent planning, organization and follow-through.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to build effective relationships across functions, cultures and time zones.
• Collaborative, adaptable and able to work independently, take ownership of agreed actions, and remain calm when priorities or urgent customer and business needs change.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, CRM or order-management systems.
• Additional languages relevant to the TMEA region.
• Experience in the poultry, agriculture or animal health sector.
