Senior Specialist, Finance Planning & Analysis (DCS)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. No relocation. No visa sponsorship. Travel requirements: 10%.

What you will do

• Act as Finance Business Partner for the Digital Commercial Strategy Organization and provide financial insight and analytics for business decisions.
• Analyze P&L, variances versus plan, forecast, and prior years, as well as headcount, and prepare timely management reporting and executive summaries.
• Lead, participate in, and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range operating plan processes; brief leadership on actual, budget, and forecast results.
• Develop and maintain financial scorecards and key performance metrics, prepare presentations, and provide decision-support materials.
• Support expense management, monthly close, accruals, financial entries, ad hoc reporting, and analysis.
• Evaluate, build, and implement processes and tools while coordinating with Procurement, Commercial Operations, Enterprise Shared Services, and other support groups.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• At least 5 years of operations or finance experience.
• Ability to work in a virtual team and dynamic environment, work independently, self-organize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and influencing skills, with demonstrated project and line responsibility experience.
• Deep knowledge of hirify.global financial systems and enterprise processes, with experience using enterprise planning and forecasting applications.
• Strong experience with SAC-P, SAP, EDW, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.
