Finance Operations Business Partner (Manufacturing Finance)

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis and insights to operations leadership to improve business performance.
• Prepare post-close analyses, explain variances against budget, forecast, prior year, and prior period, and identify unusual or non-recurring items.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for productivity initiatives, cost savings, operational decisions, and capital investments.
• Support quarterly forecasts, the annual operating budget, and communication of financial performance and assumptions to plant leadership.
• Partner with plant managers on the financial impact of transactional activities and support process improvements.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of plant financial statements and prepare recurring management reports, monthly outlooks, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a Finance Business Partner.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or operations finance.
• SAP experience.
• Understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Exposure to capital expenditure analysis.
