Finance Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
• Monitor financial performance through key metrics and variance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support ad hoc financial projects while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the finance function.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
