hirify.global provides orderbook-based trading infrastructure, liquidity services, and a white-label DEX solution for projects building spot and perpetual futures trading applications. The company is developing an omnichain protocol and a real-world-assets offering for tokenized equities.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize listed companies, focusing on small-cap names across the US, Hong Kong, Korea, and other markets.
• Build relationships with company leadership, CFOs, investor-relations teams, financial advisers, ECM bankers, IR firms, and market makers.
• Pitch the value of listing on Orderly, including a new liquidity channel, community engagement, and access to crypto-native traders.
• Drive the listing process from initial contact through go-live in collaboration with internal product and operations teams.
• Support post-listing community activation and trading-volume growth with listed partners.
• Track the pipeline and conversion rate and report progress against listing targets.

Requirements

• Established network among listed companies, including management teams, CFOs, or investor-relations heads, gained through ECM, corporate finance, investor relations, corporate broking, or exchange-listings experience.
• Track record of bringing companies to a platform or deal, such as IPO mandates, dual listings, ADR programs, or investor-relations client wins.
• Strong pitching and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers.
• Fluent English; a native speaker is preferred.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with comfort building an early-stage and unproven business line.

Nice to have

• Listing or business-development experience at an exchange, depositary-receipts bank, RWA, tokenized-equity, or STO platform.
• Experience at a boutique investment bank, small-cap market maker, or listed-company investor-relations advisory.
• Network covering the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Korea markets.
• Basic understanding of crypto, DEXs, and tokenized assets.
• Experience developing trading systems or financial products.
