Regional Commercial Individual (Web3)

Location: Remote; based in Hong Kong or able to relocate independently to Hong Kong. Employment eligibility requires residence in an approved hiring jurisdiction. Work outside the primary country of legal residence is limited to 90 days per calendar year. Working hours must overlap with Eastern Time (ET).

What you will do

• Own day-to-day relationships with high-value TradFi accounts across Hong Kong and wider APAC.
• Develop stakeholder-mapping strategies and deepen relationships with institutional decision-makers and influencers.
• Act as an evangelist for Chainlink products and educate stakeholders on the strategic value of decentralized technologies.
• Generate early-stage pipeline through discovery, qualification, and identification of high-impact opportunities.
• Coordinate communication between clients and Deal Leads, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Technical Solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of total experience, including at least 3+ years in institutional finance, business development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of TradFi markets and infrastructure.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, with evidence of turning a strong work ethic into standout personal results.
• Strong relationship-management skills for building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and partners.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DeFi protocols, tokenization, digital assets, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Based in Hong Kong or able to relocate independently to Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience working in Web3 environments or with decentralized applications, smart contracts, and blockchain technology.
• Tokenization industry expertise, including institutional RWA and/or digital asset management and potential barriers to scale.
• Experience selling solutions to Financial Market Infrastructures.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
