Focus on creating strategic partner relationships, tracking crypto ecosystem developments, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve sales and internal efficiencies.

hirify.global provides blockchain security services to enterprise clients and Web3 projects globally through a distributed international team spanning North America, Asia, and Europe.

What you will do

  • Work with the Web3 Task Force Team to strengthen connections across the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Build a verifiable pipeline of qualified leads and consistently close revenue-producing deals.
  • Build brand recognition and foster relationships across specific Web3 channels.
  • Provide product development input based on customer experiences and market trends.
  • Support sales and business development through direct sales, strategic partnerships, sales materials, and summaries of sales learnings.
  • Perform cross-functional tasks across hirify.global teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Web3 business development.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to securing new revenue and improving internal efficiencies.
  • Active tracking of developments in the crypto ecosystem and informed opinions on its direction.
