Teamleader (Warehouse)

Location: Venray, Limburg Province, Netherlands; onsite warehouse role with required weekend availability on a recurring Saturday or Sunday basis.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Participate in operations, assign tasks, and balance workload across the team.
• Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members through on-the-job guidance.
• Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks and process issues, and take corrective action.
• Escalate risks and coordinate with upstream, downstream, and internal departments to align warehouse output with business goals.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, service quality, cost efficiency, safety, and workplace organization.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to lead by example.
• Problem-solving ability, decisiveness, a coaching leadership style, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics systems.
• MBO+ level of education, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Teamleader role within a warehouse environment.
• Experience with WMS systems and basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Availability to work weekends regularly, on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Experience with Lean and 5S.
