Regional Delivery Manager (Logistics)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid workplace model; two office days are recommended but not enforced. Frequent travel to distribution centers is required.

Salary: €50,000–€55,000 gross annually, excluding 8% holiday pay.

What you will do

• Own carrier partnerships and delivery performance across a regional network.
• Monitor daily delivery metrics, flow reports, capacity, pickup-point compliance, and dispatch readiness.
• Lead issue resolution, root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, and weekly business reviews with logistics partners.
• Source, select, contract, and renegotiate pricing with carriers and delivery service providers.
• Conduct operational floor checks and distribution-center quality audits.
• Support network expansions, green logistics initiatives, penalty enforcement, and operational risk management.

Requirements

• Solid experience in last-mile logistics and operational performance management.
• Experience sourcing, selecting, contracting, and commercially negotiating with logistics providers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use flow reports and operational metrics to define actions.
• Experience with SLAs, delivery scans, dispatch readiness, sorting processes, root-cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate with drivers, warehouse operators, provider executives, and country leads.
• Willingness to travel frequently for distribution-center audits.
