What you will do

• Take ownership of the global demand planning process and improve its effectiveness.
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create actionable demand plans.
• Act as a business partner for Production, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
• Collaborate directly with customers to manage demand fluctuations and expectations.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and operational bottlenecks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Kaizen methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain forecasting within manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
• Proven experience with Lean or Kaizen continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
• Fluency in English.
