Logistics Project Manager (Demand Planning)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the global demand planning process in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Analyse historical sales data, forecasts, and market developments to create accurate, actionable demand plans.
• Partner with Production, Procurement, Project Management, Account Management, and Logistics.
• Work directly with customers to align expectations and manage demand fluctuations.
• Identify supply chain risks and bottlenecks and take timely action to minimise their impact.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate processes to improve supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or forecasting within manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools, with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Confident, proactive approach with the ability to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and drive decisions.
• Fluent English and strong customer-facing stakeholder management skills.
