Logistics & Materials Coordinator (Semiconductor)

Location: Eindhoven, Hoofddorp, or Nijmegen, Netherlands; onsite work supporting warehouse, laboratory, and office operations.

Salary: €48,000–€66,000 per year.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, process, and track incoming deliveries.
• Maintain inventory of consumables, spare parts, tools, equipment, and project materials in SAP and related systems.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, perform inventory counts, and maintain material traceability.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including shipping, customs, and export documentation.
• Track deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and service providers.
• Support purchasing, material planning, asset tracking, and the development of scalable logistics processes for engineering and laboratory operations.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, materials management, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or R&D environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management and purchasing processes.
• Understanding of international shipping, import/export, and customs requirements.
• Fluent English required. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills are needed.
