What you will do

• Analyze RFPs and prepare high-quality proposals based on customer requirements.
• Draft detailed budget proposals by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain an electronic archive of all RFPs and proposal documentation.
• Optimize time usage and work processes to ensure proposal effectiveness.
• Identify unaccounted costs and create competitive pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with the Vendors office and the Proposal Management Unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics is mandatory.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Albania, Belarus, Turkey, Georgia, Macedonia, or Lebanon.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
• Clinical research background is considered an ideal asset.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Proposal Analyst within a CRO.
