Location: Remote, based in Albania, Belarus, Turkey, Georgia, North Macedonia, or Lebanon

What you will do
- Receive and analyze requests for proposals and prepare high-quality responses.
- Draft budget proposals by reviewing customer specifications and gathering feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Develop pricing strategies, create competitive budgets, and identify unaccounted costs.
- Prepare grids and maintain the electronic RFP archive.
- Coordinate with the Vendors office and Business Development stakeholders to deliver complete proposal drafts on schedule.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy compliance while suggesting improvements to proposal documents and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics is mandatory.
- Fluent English required.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong planning, organizational, teamwork, and results-oriented skills.
- Experience as a Proposal Analyst within a CRO is advantageous.
- Clinical research background is ideal.
