Aviation Safety and Quality Logistics Operations Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Ensure that incoming, storage, and delivery processes comply with hirify.global Helicopters requirements and support product conformity and airworthiness.
• Perform operational surveillance of the Logistic Service Provider and logistics platform processes in Spain, with potential cross-surveillance at sites in France and Germany.
• Monitor inspection activities performed by operators and certifying staff issuing ARC.
• Provide daily operational support for quality problem solving and manage corrective action plans from surveillance activities and internal or external audits.
• Act as the hirify.global Helicopters focal point for logistics non-conformities, support non-conformity committee preparation with quality KPIs, and participate in periodic routines.
• Support the aviation safety and FOD network and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in logistics, including warehouse management and logistics flows.
• 5–10 years of experience in quality systems for the aerospace industry, including audits, operational surveillance, and regulatory knowledge.
• 5–10 years of experience in quality inspection, including FAI and non-conformity management.
• Technical university degree or BSc in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or quality.
• Knowledge of quality systems and standards for the aeronautical industry, inspection processes and technologies, logistics warehouse management and flows, non-conformity management, and failure mode and effect analysis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as machining, sheet metal, organic materials, or electronics.
• Experience with management, audit and/or operational surveillance, and quality-oriented process leadership.
• Spanish at mother-tongue level and mandatory intermediate English.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment with autonomy, rigor, risk anticipation, analytical problem solving, communication skills, and team spirit.
• Experience with SAP, NCM, quality performance control tools such as Skywise, MS Office, Microsoft and Google tools, and Google Suite.
