Materiel Solutions and IP Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Getafe, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model when possible.

What you will do

• Participate in Eurodrone supplier selection by analyzing material services contributions and part requirements.
• Develop customized spare parts lists, including IPL and RSPL, using aircraft configuration systems.
• Represent hirify.global directly before customers during Initial Provisioning milestones.
• Generate technical and operational documentation for Material Solution definitions.
• Coordinate Materiel Services functional and performance requirements across Airbus teams, partners, suppliers, and nations.
• Consolidate integrated data, cost bases, and assumptions for bidding dossiers and spares modelling.

Requirements

• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in MRO, engineering design, or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance and technical manuals.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Advanced English, written and spoken, is required.
• Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external networks.

Nice to have

• Experience with spares dimensioning tools.
• Prior knowledge of hirify.global products.
