Supply Chain Warehouse Officer (SCWO)

Location: Albacete, Spain; requires a minimum of one business trip per month to other industrial sites (MAR, DON, ALB, PLB).

What you will do

• Support logistics transformation readiness, including SAP purchase order modifications, batch updates, process harmonization, and local deployment at ALB.
• Forecast and monitor inbound deliveries and purchase order documentation to identify deviations and balance logistics partner capacity.
• Resolve clearing cases, amend purchase orders by delegation, and expedite critical supplies affected by administrative, technical, export control, or customs issues.
• Lead quarantine monitoring for non-conformities under Supply Officer or supplier responsibility and monitor return-to-supplier flows.
• Verify country-of-origin data and export control information in SAP, including ITAR, EUS, and license numbers.
• Produce dashboards, analyze recurring deviations, propose structural improvements, and refine incoming inspection criteria.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in aeronautical supply chain, industrial operations, or logistics and warehouse management.
• International mobility and a minimum of one business trip per month to other industrial sites.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment and anticipate risks and difficulties.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, procurement, and non-conformity management processes.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of customs, including country of origin, and export control, including ITAR, EUS, and licenses.
• Reliable business conduct and firm commitment to ethics and compliance.
• Adaptability, change readiness, problem-solving mindset, strong communication, and resilience.
• Experience with SAP ECC, EWM, or S/4HANA; NCM and quality performance tools; Google Suite; and performance tools such as Skywise, Looker, or Fiori.
• Spanish and English at negotiation level.
