Proposal Developer 1 (MedTech)

What you will do

• Review Requests for Proposal (RFPs), identify required information, and coordinate with business development stakeholders to prepare submissions.
• Develop proposal narratives, cost budgets, preliminary agreements, re-bids, change orders, and related documents in line with the defined scope of work.
• Clarify customer requirements, identify inconsistencies or information gaps, and participate in strategic discussions and customer meetings when required.
• Perform quality-control reviews and edits to ensure proposal accuracy, consistency, compliance, and adherence to company standards.
• Finalize and distribute proposal documents, maintain corporate systems and databases, and keep tracking and reporting information accurate and timely.
• Support other Proposal Developers and contribute to departmental and process-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality documents under deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with AI agents such as Copilot.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in proposal development, contracts, budgeting, sales support, or a related function.
• Familiarity with proposal management tools and databases.
