Technical Partnerships Manager (Fintech)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; office-based hybrid work

What you will do

• Act as the main technical contact for strategic partners in Bulgaria and help them integrate hirify.global solutions.
• Identify integration approaches covering in-store payments, POS terminal connectivity, e-commerce checkout, mobile SDKs, and APIs.
• Lead integrations from technical discovery and solution design through implementation, testing, certification, and launch.
• Guide partners through developer tools, documentation, and partner portals, and create technical workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, and reusable integration materials.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Integration Support, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve challenges and manage escalations.
• Support technical customer meetings and complex sales opportunities, helping partners achieve active merchant adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Partnerships, Solutions Consulting, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management, Payment Integrations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the payments industry, including acquiring, POS terminals, card payments, e-commerce, authorisations, refunds, settlements, and merchant onboarding.
• Experience managing technical integration projects involving multiple stakeholders from solution design through successful delivery.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to developers, commercial teams, and business decision-makers.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with ownership, prioritisation, and trusted partner relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ISVs, POS software providers, ERP platforms, or payment technology partners.
• Familiarity with Android application development or deployment for Android-based payment terminals.
• Experience with payment integration certification and technical partner enablement.
