Site Digital Technology Lead (m/f/d)

Location: Hybrid, Neu Isenburg, Hessen, Germany; responsibility for Germany and other European countries.

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between corporate IT and site management.
• Manage and support networks, servers, workstations, and other IT infrastructure.
• Lead site IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Oversee daily IT operations, incident response, troubleshooting, performance reporting, and compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IT solutions and identify infrastructure improvements.
• Supervise and mentor site-level IT staff and manage hardware and software vendors.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, servers, and telecommunications.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues effectively.
• Leadership and team management skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices, cloud computing, virtualization technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IT and data security.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
