Senior Workplace Engineer / System Administrator (Windows 11)

What you will do

• Maintain and further develop the IT workplace in an international corporate environment.
• Design and optimize a modern cloud client based on Microsoft and macOS technologies.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Handle requirements, patch management, and release management.
• Implement automated software distribution and perform 2nd and 3rd level fault analysis and troubleshooting.
• Develop strategic solutions and define technical objectives for modern client architecture.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist, comparable qualification, and/or a relevant IT degree.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Intune and Teams.
• Programming skills with Microsoft PowerShell for designing automation processes.
• High customer and service orientation, independent working style, initiative, and active contribution to the team.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Microsoft ATP, such as Defender for Endpoint or Cloud App Security.
• Professional experience in the listed areas.
