What you will do

• Maintain and further develop the IT workplace in an international corporate environment.
• Design and optimize a modern, future-proof cloud client based on Microsoft and macOS technologies.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune, Teams, SharePoint, and classic Microsoft Office applications.
• Own requirements, patch, and release management, and implement automated software distribution.
• Perform 2nd- and 3rd-level fault analysis and troubleshooting to ensure stable operation.
• Develop strategic solutions and define technical objectives for modern client architecture.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist, a comparable qualification, and/or a corresponding IT degree.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, particularly Intune and Teams.
• PowerShell programming skills for designing automation processes.
• High customer and service orientation, independent working style, initiative, and active contribution to the team.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Microsoft ATP, such as Defender for Endpoint or Cloud App Security.
• Professional experience in the areas mentioned.
