IT System Administrator

Location: On-site at production centers in Hemau and Ketzin, Germany. Relocation support to Germany is available, including visa assistance.

What you will do

• Provide business-critical in-house IT support to end users at automotive production centers.
• Onboard new starters and offboard leavers.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and IT infrastructure across multiple platforms.
• Document incidents and requests and manage a key ticketing system.
• Act as the on-site IT contact in Hemau and Ketzin, training colleagues and supporting reliable day-to-day operations.
• Work with local teams and Corporate IT to develop infrastructure and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Junior and mid-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with Apple devices and Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other SaaS platforms.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to work as a team player.
• Self-reliance, confidence, independence, and ability to maintain an overview and high standards in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• German driver's license.
