What you will do

• Lead the development of integrated systems incorporating DC fast chargers, BESS, and renewable energy sources.
• Design system architecture, power flow logic, and load management strategies.
• Oversee the integration of MV transformers, LV distribution, and monitoring requirements.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes, functional safety, and cybersecurity standards.
• Coordinate outsourced engineering activities and define system validation protocols.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
• Strong experience in system engineering or architecture for complex power electronics systems.
• Knowledge of grid integration, BESS, and SCADA/EMS processes.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or people management.
• English: Fluent required.
